Abstract: Daily, both in public and private management, it seems to be taken for granted that our designs, projects, and programs, in general, would be systemic simply because they consider multiple components or because they integrate technologies or their development. The most enlightened people in this regard can differentiate between those designs, projects, and programs that come from Systems Theories and those that do not, or also in what senses they can be and be oriented, commanded and dynamized by the incorporation of automated systems and which ones no. All of which does not end to clarify a better coexistence between the technological system and our living involved in it. On the contrary, there seems to continue to exist not only confusion, but discomfort, and even a certain “schizophrenia” or double standards, which Sloterdijk expresses as the possibility of “thinking pre-technologically and living technologically (vortechnisch zu denken und technisch zu leben)” (Sloterdijk, 2001, p.364). In this article we will try to show that the great difference when it comes to assuming, designing, and responding from the systemic point of view is given by the incorporation or not of the affective psychic. That, in this sense, the approaches and responses regarding our complex and uncertain existence on the planet can be distinguished and differentiated; which, in this article, will be reduced to four: normative analytics; the complex differential; the speculative techno-soul; and the systemic dynamics. And the hypothesis of this work is that the last two not only bear similarities, but also seem to be the most suitable and fruitful to take on our challenges in this 21st century.
